Curzon Ben Truman

In 1974 when the Beckton Gas team needed a new home, the club moved to the Curzon Club in Barking. They changed their name accordingly but remained Beckton at heart, and were still amongst one of the top sides during this period.
The Ben Truman  moniker was added when the club gained sponsorship from the London brewery. 
However in 1982 with the loss of their training ground, the club was forced to move again.
